Who is the controller of your personal data?

How long will we keep your personal data for?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or provided in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to attend to their request, and that the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are accurate and undertakes to notify any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested via the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If not all data are provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully suited to the USER's needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That, in accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible,

and manifestly in accordance with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which personal data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
